When selecting a mechanical
remediation service for all of your
locations, competitive, consistent
pricing is an important part of your
decision-making process. We will perform
site surveys on all of your locations,
analyze each location in detail and then
price each location competitively and
consistently. We will then provide you
with a customized work schedule for all
of your locations, based on your requirements.
Centralized, Coordinated Customer Support
We understand your need for a single
phone number and one customer service
representative to call for customer support. As part of our integral support
system, we will assign a DUCTBUSTERS®
Customer Service Representative to your
account to address your needs, concerns
and special requests. In addition, we
provide you with a toll free Customer
Service Line for added convenience.
Centralized, Coordinated Billing System
We aim to make your job as easy as
possible. Therefore, the DUCTBUSTERS®
Corporate office is able to bill once per
month for services performed. This bill
summarizes all services performed in each
location and is customized to your
specifications.
DUCTBUSTERS® nationwide
offices provide the foundation for our
system. Each Regional Office has regular
workshops, video training, a corporate
newsletter and special project seminars.
The operations department supervises our
quality control system, ensuring the
quality we promise is the quality you
