ABOUT US . . .

The Atlanta office has been open since September 11, 2003. This office services both the commercial and residential markets providing the same high quality service DUCTBUSTERS® customers have been enjoying in many other cities. Tom Yacobellis President of DUCTBUSTERS® stated the following about the Atlanta office: "The customers of Atlanta will be benefiting from our great fortune, this Atlanta office is owned and operated by one of the best people in the duct cleaning business with deep roots in the Atlanta area. I am very pleased to be working with this new team"

Carolyn Christensen, the owner, has been in the IAQ field since 1990. Trained originally in disaster restoration her interest evolved more into the Indoor Air Quality and duct cleaning field. She has hands-on training and experience and will even assist the technicians on the job when necessary. She has sales and marketing experience in the IAQ and Heating and Air Conditioning Industry. For many hears her hobby was classic car and antique airplane restoration. Her first and foremost concern is always excellent customer service and employee satisfaction.

Her Husband, Jim, recently retired after 35 years in the airline industry to become an active participant in the franchise operation. With his training as an airline maintenance technician his mechanical knowledge will be invaluable to the company.

As an Indoor Air Quality specialist Carolyn has been involved in over 10, 000 residential and commercial projects such as The B-1 Building at Lockheed Marietta, Rollins/Orkin, Georgia State University. Emory University, Christian City, Wachovia Bank, Georgia State Bank, Delta Airlines, South Fulton Medical Center, Georgia Baptist Medical Center, North West Airlines, Coca Cola, Milliken World headquarters, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, school systems all over the Atlanta area, hotels, theatres, shopping centers, retirement homes, apartment buildings, and office buildings. The one residential project she is most proud of is the home of the nationally known Atlanta radio talk show host and consumer advocate who did not believe in air duct cleaning until Carolyn showed him and his wife how it can be done effectively. He still advocates that customers choose a NADCA Certified contractor.
