| The
most expensive mechanical

sections: the air handling unit
or furnace (see

The air handler houses the
mechanical parts that heat or

and in attic and crawl spaces.
Unless the air handling unit has
been recently replaced or
serviced, the entire heating and
air conditioning system should be

low cost "duct

include the air handling unit and
mechanical components. Others
claim to clean the unit but

handling unit is one of the
