the first release of its custom written Management System
Software, BusterLink™. BusterLink™ is a unique
management and operational system that has been designed to
handle both DUCTBUSTERS® franchise and related HVAC
company operations. Tom Yacobellis, President and CEO of
DUCTBUSTERS®, explains, "Today's business
climate requires more from a computing system than advanced
calculator operations. BusterLink™ is a companion in the
office environment and needs to be thought of as an additional
two or three office workers whose sole mission is to keep all
activities up-to-date, on-track and current at all times.

Several years of development have gone into BusterLink™.
The goal has been to create a system that has a self-awareness of
all current business conditions, to assist all workers in their
daily operations and to make some of the more tedious tasks of
the current office environment disappear.

During the first two weeks of November, the anxiously awaited BusterLink™ was installed at DUCTBUSTERS® franchises throughout the Southeast. The software installation was then followed up with an intensive, two day hands-on training class, hosted by DUCTBUSTERS® Corporate office in Clearwater, FL. Mark Hammock, DUCTBUSTERS'® Lead Programmer and co-author of BusterLink™, notes, "It was wonderful to see all of our time and effort come to fruition. We've all worked very hard to make BusterLink™ the comprehensive, yet user friendly solution to our office and management needs."
